When do you open?
Summerlin is targeted for Fall 2026 and Henderson for Summer 2027. Opening dates are targets, not promises. If the build or the lease slips, we'll tell you early — and your rate and place in line stay exactly where they are.
Where exactly will you be?
We're targeting the Rampart / Downtown Summerlin corridor first, then Green Valley in Henderson. Exact addresses aren't locked yet. We're in the site-selection stage and will confirm the block with members before we sign. We're looking for plazas with easy free parking, good natural light, and a walkable block.
How does the Founding Member offer work?
You pay nothing today. Hold your spot at $179/month — locked in for as long as your membership stays active — for the first 40 people only. Nothing is charged today. We collect payment details roughly two weeks before opening day.
What's the difference between Founding and regular membership?
Same access, different price. Founding Members pay $179/month for as long as their membership stays active. After the Founding 40 close, the equivalent memberships are $249/month for lounge access and $325/month for a dedicated desk. You also get your name on the founding plaque, an invite to the pre-opening night, and priority on bookings and events.
Is the coffee bar open to the public?
Yes. Anyone can walk in and order. Café walk-ins get free Wi-Fi while they're here; the two-hour guideline only applies to seating during peak hours. Walk-ins are welcome — order anything at retail pricing. Members get all-day access, the members-only lounge, and member pricing at the bar.
What's included with coffee if I'm a member?
Drip coffee and hot tea are included with every membership, all day. Espresso drinks, cold brew, matcha and pastries are at member pricing. No membership includes unlimited espresso drinks — we'd rather be honest than quietly cap it later.
Can I get my own desk as a Founding Member?
Maybe — and we want to be clear about the math. 20 of the 40 Founding spots come with a dedicated desk, assigned first come, first served. Once the desks are claimed, remaining Founding Members join at unlimited lounge access — same rate, same perks.
What about meeting rooms?
Two soundproofed rooms: a 4-person room and an 8-person room with a screen. Unlimited, Resident, and Founding memberships include 4 meeting-room hours per month, then $25/hour. Flex 8 includes no free hours and books at the preferred member rate of $45/hour. Day Pass, Virtual Address and non-members book at $60/hour.
How fast is the Wi-Fi?
Dedicated gigabit fiber, not shared with the building. Fast enough for 4K video calls, large uploads, and live streaming, with no peak-hour throttling.
Does a Day Pass limit my Wi-Fi?
No. Full-speed Wi-Fi for the full duration of your visit — no two-hour cutoff.
Will there be parking?
Yes, free and easy — it's a requirement of any site we sign.
Are there events?
Monthly members-only mixers, workshops, and local partnership events. Members always get free or discounted access, and first pick on limited-capacity events.
What happens if the opening is delayed?
Opening dates are targets, not promises. If the build or the lease slips, we'll tell you early — and your rate and place in line stay exactly where they are. You can also step out at any point before opening and owe nothing.
What if I need to cancel?
Memberships are month-to-month — no long-term contract, and nothing at all is owed before we open. We're finalising the written cancellation terms with the member agreement and will send them to every Founding Member before the first charge. What is settled: the founding rate applies while your membership stays continuously active.
