- When do you open?
- Summerlin in Fall 2026, Henderson in Summer 2027. As more Founding Members join, we can lock down a lease and move the date up.
- Where will you be?
- Most likely Rampart corridor in Summerlin, Green Valley in Henderson. We're looking for plazas with easy parking, good light, and a walkable block.
- How does the Founding Member offer work?
- You pay nothing today. Hold your spot for $179/month — locked in forever, for the first 40 people only. Two weeks before we open, we'll reach out to get you set up. No card on file until then.
- What's the difference between Founding and regular membership?
- Same access, different price. Founding Members pay $179/month for a dedicated desk or unlimited lounge access. After launch, the same membership is $325/month. You also get your name on the founding plaque, an invite to our pre-opening night, and first priority on all bookings and events.
- Is the coffee bar open to the public?
- Yes. Anyone can walk in, order a drink, and stay for up to two hours with free Wi-Fi. Members get unlimited all-day access, a private members-only lounge area, and discounts on drinks.
- Can I get my own desk as a Founding Member?
- Yes. Founding Members choose either a dedicated desk (with lockable storage) or unlimited lounge access, both at $179/month. Desks are assigned in the order members confirm — 20 desks total.
- What about meeting rooms?
- Two soundproofed rooms: a 4-person room and an 8-person room with a screen. Non-members can book at $45/hour. Founding Members get a set number of included hours every month plus priority booking.
- How fast is the Wi-Fi?
- Dedicated gigabit fiber, not shared with the building. It's fast enough for 4K video calls, large file uploads, and live streaming — no throttling, no slowdowns at peak hours.
- Will there be parking?
- Yes, free and easy. We won't sign anywhere without it.
- Are there events?
- Monthly members-only mixers, workshops, and local partnership events. Members always get free or discounted access, and first pick on limited-capacity events.
- What if I need to cancel?
- Month-to-month after the first month. Cancel anytime, no questions asked. If you cancel, you lose the Founding Member rate — if you rejoin later, you'd pay the current membership price.
