Ground Floor started with a frustration a lot of people here share: the valley is full of people who work from home, and almost nothing in the neighborhood is genuinely built for them. Coffee shops run out of outlets by ten. Offices downtown mean a highway and a badge.
So we're building the room we wanted — small, well made, five minutes from home, with coffee good enough to justify the trip on its own.

Founding member questions
When does billing begin?
Billing begins on your first day of membership after the location opens. We collect payment details roughly two weeks beforehand.
Is a card required to reserve?
No. Reserving a Founding spot today does not require a payment method. No. $0 is charged when you reserve. No deposit is required to hold a Founding spot.
What happens if opening is delayed?
Opening dates are targets, not promises. If the build or the lease slips, we'll tell you early — and your rate and place in line stay exactly where they are. Nothing is billed until the doors are actually open.
Is a dedicated desk guaranteed?
No. 20 of the 40 Founding memberships include a dedicated desk, assigned in reservation order. Once those allocations are claimed, remaining Founding memberships include unlimited lounge access at the same rate.
Are meeting rooms included?
Yes — every Founding membership (lounge or desk) includes 4 meeting-room hours a month across both rooms, then $25/hour. Non-members book at $60/hour.
Do I need to do anything before opening?
Before opening, Founding Members will be asked to reconfirm their membership and complete activation. We'll email you when the exact location is announced — reconfirming keeps your spot and your founding rate.
Is coffee included?
Drip coffee and hot tea are included with your membership all day. Espresso drinks, cold brew, matcha and pastries are available at member pricing.
