Summerlin, Las Vegas · Opening Fall 2026

A better workday in Summerlin.

Ground Floor is a neighborhood work club being built for the people who already live out here — a specialty coffee bar out front, a quiet member lounge behind it, and desks and meeting rooms you can reach in five minutes instead of forty-five.

Coworking in Summerlin, built around a different idea

Summerlin already has places to rent a desk. Ground Floor is being built around a different idea: a neighborhood work club with genuinely great coffee, spaces designed for a full workday, and a community you can become a regular in. The opportunity isn't simply more coworking in Summerlin — it's a better neighborhood workday.

Five minutes, not fifty

A workspace inside the neighborhood you already chose, so the drive stops eating an hour of your day.

Designed for a whole day

Ergonomic seating, gigabit fiber, quiet zones and phone booths — the small things that decide whether hour six still works.

A room full of neighbors

Members here live here. Introductions happen at the coffee bar, not at a networking event across town.

The concept

A public coffee bar in front, a members' club beyond it

Anyone in Summerlin can walk in and order a cortado. Behind the bar sits the part that's for members: a sunlit lounge, dedicated desks with lockable storage, two private meeting rooms and a community room for workshops and evening events. One building, two rhythms.

Memberships for how Summerlin actually works

Some people need three days a week. Some need the same desk every morning. Day passes, flex plans, unlimited lounge access and dedicated desks are all on the table — and the first forty members lock the Founding rate at $179/month while their membership stays continuously active.

Meeting rooms in Summerlin, by the hour

Two private, sound-isolated rooms with 4K displays, wireless casting and whiteboard walls. Members get included hours each month and a discounted rate after that; non-members can book by the hour without a membership. Useful when the client is in Summerlin and the office is in your spare bedroom.

Specialty coffee, open to the neighborhood

La Marzocco espresso, rotating single-origin pour-overs, cold brew on tap and a short pastry case from a local baker. Drip coffee and hot tea come with every membership; everything else is at member pricing. Walk-ins are always welcome.

Questions

Coworking in Summerlin, answered

Where in Summerlin will Ground Floor be?
We're targeting the Rampart / Downtown Summerlin corridor. The lease isn't signed yet, so we won't publish a street address until it is — members hear the block before anyone else.
When does the Summerlin location open?
Fall 2026 is the target. It's a target, not a promise: if the build or the lease slips, we'll say so early, and your Founding rate and place in line stay exactly where they are.
Do I have to be a member to come in?
No. The coffee bar at the front is open to the public. The lounge, dedicated desks and meeting rooms behind it are for members and booked guests.
Is there parking?
Free on-site parking is a requirement of every site we're considering. We'll publish the exact parking details with the address.
Can I book a meeting room without a membership?
Yes. Non-members book the private rooms at $60/hour. Unlimited, Resident and Founding memberships include 4 hours a month, then $25/hour; Flex 8 books at $45/hour with no included hours.
What does membership cost in Summerlin?
Day passes start at $28, flex plans at $179/month, unlimited membership at $249, and a dedicated desk at $325. The first forty Founding Members hold $179/month while continuously active.
